How the Payment Works

Travel Hokkaido offers two types of online payment.

1. Paypal

2. Credit Card (via Stripe gateway)

After payment is processed, the system will automatically reserve your seat and you can view your invoice, receipt and transaction on your log-in page. 

When you click this payment option, we will receive a notification of your booking and you will receive an email containing our bank information so that you can make an offline payment. 

Until we process your payment, your booking will be marked as ‘pending’.

In the case of a late booking where you wish to pay in cash at the time of pick-up, please email us at info@yourtravelhokkaido.com with your name, reserved trip and booking number. 

After clicking on the ‘Book and pay later’ button, you will be able to see the transaction in your log-in area. There are two buttons, Submit Payment Receipt and Make An Online Payment.

If clicking Make An Online Payment, it enables you to perform an online payment via Paypal and Credit Card.

Submit A Payment Receipt

This button allows you to submit your payment receipt after you make a bank transfer.

Verifying The Receipt Submission

We can then immediately verify the receipt and complete you booking reservation.
